2. For other types of two-wire current output, sometimes the current output is unstable or inaccurate. At this time, the following operations can be carried out:

(1) Remove the signal line of the flowmeter and connect the multimeter in series to measure the output current value. If the current value output and the displayed flow can be aligned, it means that there is a problem with the signal transmission of the flowmeter or the customer's equipment, and the customer can be required to detect it by himself; If it is measured that the output current value of the flowmeter is unstable and jumps greatly, it indicates that the current value is connected in series with the interference signal. At this time, the direct scheme is as follows: ① replace the flowmeter with a three wire current converter; ② The customer loads the signal isolator by himself.

(2) If the current signals measured from the positive and negative signal terminals of the flowmeter fluctuate greatly, it may be the problem of the power supply. The customer can check the power supply.

3. For three wire current output, there are generally two reasons for inaccurate output or fluctuation:

(1) There is a problem with the power supply. The independent 24V power supply can be replaced, and the power supply is not led out from the PLC.

(2) There is a problem in the signal transmission process or the reception of the customer's equipment.

4. The field display fluctuates greatly

(1) Electromagnetic interference on site. Frequency converter, high voltage, high-power electrical appliances In this case, it is generally necessary to change the installation position and stay away from the interference source.

(2) The pipeline is connected in series with the interference signal. Generally, this situation is easy to occur when there are many electrical appliances and equipment on site.

(3) Power interference. The power supply needs to be replaced.
